I’m really not sure why or how America consumes this garbage so easily. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are just a couple in a long line of so called celebrities who pretty much set up everything they do, and hope a paparazzi snaps them. On the rare occasion that they are not snapped, hired photographers are paid to ‘leak’ photos to the press, apparently. Every week, scanning the gossip columns, these two come up in a series of professionally shot photos, that look way too good to be snapped by the pap. Are they set ups or not? Well, we’ll let you decide that, but seriously, show us some real celeb gossip, no one is actually interested in these two… why are they becoming National Treasures?

This girl, Kara DioGuardi is apparently the new judge on American Idol to help boost dismal ratings…
Her website seems to have some issues though… Clearly someone’s done a screen grab of her ‘Partial Discography’ from Word or email or something to put on her site, because all the ‘are you sure this word is spelt correctly’ words have the ziggy zaggy line underneath them…
Oh dear. The design co responsible is called Knucklehead. Enough said.

Fantasy Interactive now renamed F-I.com launched a ‘new’ site a while ago, they have gone from the most amazing flash based website to a pretty average HTML site.
Their work is of a higher standard than ever, but they’ve chosen to represent with HTML. I don’t particularly like the new look, but maybe even FI need SEO…

Found this over on Degourget today whilst surfing. They say:
Light painting, or light graffiti, is a photographic technique in which exposures are made usually at night or in a darkened room by moving a hand-held light source or by moving the camera. Typically the light source itself, or guy swinging around the tourch, does not appear in the image. The term light painting also encompasses images lit from outside the frame with hand-held light sources.
The above image is done by Cenci Goepel und Jens Warnecke from Lightmark in Germany. They have done some of the slickest light paintings we’ve seen before.
One the the webs most interesting blogs, WebUrbanist, has a nice collection here.
As usual, some pictures and a bonus light painting video after the jump.
